Diriyah North Gate
The North Arts District project in Diriyah North Gate is a cornerstone of Saudi Arabia’s heritage and cultural renaissance under Vision 2030. The structural work package consists mainly of an underground parking that fits 1,700 cars (92,000 sq m) housed in two basement levels that form the underlying structure for the Art District superstructure of 28 various buildings laid on top of the parking.
The St. Regis Red Sea Resort – Ummahat Al Shaykh Island
A 5-star hotel operated by Marriott includes 43 beach villas and 47 overwater villas, with all amenities comprising an ultra-modern SPA, 4 signature restaurants, a gym, 3 outdoor pools, a treatment area, and water sports. The Ummahat island, situated at 40 km from the Red Sea mainland, is a unique project reachable by planes and sea.
NEOM – Green Hydrogen Ammonia Tanks
Construction of the world’s largest ammonia storage tanks, which will support NEOM’s green hydrogen facilities producing 600t of carbon-free hydrogen. This special project includes the construction of mega tanks having a diameter of 76 meters and a height of 40 meters.
The tanks are of double containment type, featuring a gas-tight inner steel tank with a dome roof and an outer pre-stressed concrete cup wall. The tanks rest on an air-ventilated elevated slab foundation.
Green Riyadh – Azziziya, Al Jazeera, and Qurtuba
The project is a part of the Green Riyadh neighbourhood’s development. The project involves the development of streets, gardens, and the embellishment of areas surrounding schools, mosques, and public medical facilities. The scope includes the execution of a full irrigation network, lighting, parking spaces, and the hard and soft landscaping in the streets and gardens.
Riyadh – 161 Northeast
This office building project includes four basement levels and nine upper floors, along with a three-story annex. The scope encompasses the complete design and turnkey construction of MAG headquarters, ensuring a modern, functional workspace.
The Red Sea – Desert Rock Resort
In this project, we are providing site establishment and support services for the design and build of temporary site offices, accommodation, utilities, and security infrastructure at Desert Rock Hotel (#13).
NEOM – Coastal Village
The NRC5 project is intended to serve the Neom Line project. The Village construction is a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project designed to accommodate 10,000 people with all entertainment facilities and supporting amenities. The scope of the project includes the design, construction, financing, operation, and management of post-construction operations.
